It seems only fitting that in the world where so much business is conducted online, that more and more schools would begin offering online MBA's to business students. After all, if you are going to handle business through the Internet, why wouldn't you train on the Internet as well?

Online MBA Advantages
The advantages of earning an online MBA are many:
- Business school is expensive no matter where you go. However, online MBA programs are quite often cheaper than traditional campus programs because Internet schools have fewer expenses and less overhead.
- You can attend school no matter where you are in the world. You can pursue an online MBA in your hometown of Newark, New Jersey just as easily as from Kathmandu, Nepal. If you can access the Internet, you can pursue an online MBA.
- You never need to commute or travel for class for an online MBA. Given the rising gas prices in America, this is a phenomenal advantage that should not be overlooked. In any given year, you might save several thousand dollars by not having to go back and forth between home and school.
- So most online MBA programs, class schedules are relatively flexible. You can stream lectures via the Internet at times that are convenient for you. This means that you can hold down a full-time job and still pursue an online MBA. Consequently, you will leave school with less debt and fewer student loans.
- Your familiarity with the Internet will be vastly superior to those who attend traditional campus programs. Given the nature of e-commerce, your proficiency with the World Wide Web will prove a decisive advantage in today's competitive business world.
In short, armed with the necessary business and e-commerce skills that an online MBA would provide, there's no telling how far you could go.
